Extreme Teen Leaders, Inc is an educational nonprofit organization I founded in 2011 to empower our young people.
Leveraging cognitive behavioral therapies and social and emotional learning (SEL) skills, I created a six month transformational journey for teens that will take them through a series of trainings designed to help them discover unhealthy habits and behaviors, unleash from their limiting beliefs, and redesign their life so they develop mental resilience and confidence and thrive in life.

We specialize in designing in person and virtual social and emotional learning programs leveraging cognitive behavioral therapies for student leaders in middle, high school and college.
